Termination

iwallet99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice if, in our reasonable determination:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Continued provision of services to you would expose iwallet99 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
• You have engaged in conduct that constitutes fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
